Renters who join the OurHousz Renter Rewards Program and sign on for one-year leases in any OurHousz suite earn credits that can be cashed in at the end of their leases or applied to their next lease.  They can elect to redeem those credits or let them accrue over time. After $500 in credits are earned the lessee can elect to participate in an OurHousz crowd-funded property.  Redemption can also be for cash or for upgrades to their occupied suites or can be applied to moving expenses within or out of the brand.
